We provide sports therapy using a range of methods; including range of motion, postural and palpation assessment, orthopaedic testing, functional screening, soft tissue therapy, cupping and taping for treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries which affect functional movement and mobility. Sports therapies encompass an integrated approach. We identify movement dysfunctions and use a variety of techniques to treat a broad range of conditions, assist in prevention or reduction of injuries, rehabilitation and support athletes to return to normal function.

We assist athletes to achieve their goals by improving physical condition and mobility which may lead to greater performance. Sports therapy requires a comprehensive assessment to identify conditions or injuries to develop the best treatment and management plan.  Assessment may also include dermatome (sensory) and myotome (motor control) testing, functional movement screening, amongst other assessments.
